All buildings have tables, wood BBQs, water supply, rainwater, showers, some furniture, and provisions for electricity (BYO generator). Kalgoorlie is an RV Friendly Town and offers self-sufficient travellers in motorhomes free 24-hour parking, but most people then transfer to a caravan park for a longer stay. Holiday parks also offer self-catering accommodation, grassed and shady caravan and camping sites. Some include a swimming pool and are dog friendly.
